Due to the adverse weather conditions Suffolk GPs are experiencing technical issues, we do not have any telephone or internet access.

This is being worked on but we do not have a time frame when it will be fixed.

Should you require medical help please contact 111 or in an emergency call 999.

STAFF TRAINING on Tuesday 26th November 12:30 to 14:00

Staff will be completing CPR training in the waiting room at the practice. We will be open but we would be grateful if you could avoid visiting the practice at the above time unless it is urgent that you attend. Please use the Intercom on arrival. The phones will still be answered.

IMPORTANT PRACTICE CLOSURE INFORMATION

This practice will be closed on Thursday 21st November 12:30 to 18:30 for important clinical education and training purposes.
 
Emergency cover will be provided, please telephone 111 to access these services:
 
• Telephone triage
• Face-to-face appointments at Drovers House in Bury St Edmunds or Unity Healthcare (Greenfields Way), Haverhill
 
Repeat prescription requests will not be dealt with during these times so please ensure sufficient notice is given to enable your practice to provide these for you prior to practice closure dates.
 
Normal service will resume from 8am Friday 22nd November.

THIS MEANS AS FROM 1st JULY 2024 THE DISPENSARY WILL NO LONGER BE ACCEPTING CASH PAYMENTS.

The significant increase in numbers of patients travelling abroad for both aesthetic and bariatric (weight loss) surgery has been linked with consequent serious complications and even deaths. BAAPS and BOMSS, the aesthetic and bariatric UK surgical societies are making this unprecedented joint statement due to our concerns for patient welfare and safety.
