• Telephone triage
• Face-to-face appointments at Drovers House in Bury St Edmunds.

Repeat prescription requests will not be dealt with during these times so please ensure sufficient notice is given to enable your practice to provide these for you prior to practice closure dates.

When We Are Closed

If you need to contact a doctor urgently when the surgeries are closed please telephone the usual number and your call will automatically be redirected to the Out of Hours Service.

For advice and help on health issues please call 111.

Out of hours services are generally busy, so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

In a genuine emergency please dial 999.
