The Reynard Surgery, Red Lodge, and the branch surgery, The White House Surgery, Mildenhall, is a General Practice open to all patients living within our Practice boundary in Mildenhall, Red Lodge and the surrounding areas. We aim to work in partnership with all of our patients to provide safe, effective and compassionate medical care for those patients.

We Are a Personal Medical services (PMS) Practice offering Primary care services for the diagnosis and prevention of disease. We work with our patients to help them manage their health and prevent illness. Our clinicians assess, diagnose, treat and manage illnesses, and do this in partnership with the patients.  We carry out screening for certain diseases, and aim to promote general health and wellbeing. Our Clinicians act as patient advocates, supporting and representing the best interest of the patient to ensure they receive the highest quality and most appropriate health and/or social care. We provide the link to other health services, and work closely with other healthcare colleagues. When appropriate, we may arrange hospital admissions and referrals to other services and specialist, and we link with secondary and community services about patient care, taking advice and sharing information where needed. We also collect and record important information from other healthcare professionals involved in the treatment of our patients.

All our Practice staff work together as a team dedicated to the provision of safe, effective and compassionate care for our patients, and we constantly undertake the appropriate training to achieve our aim, whilst listening to patient feedback about our services.
